Taken on board SS Rajput at Liverpool on the way to Mombassa. Message on reverse reads "Having a delightful journey. Will write on arrival there. Can give you no news except I am fit and hope to hear you all are the same. Address all letters c/o Post Master Mombassa, B.E.A. love to all." James Birney Goff is furthest left in picture. He was one of six engineers (railway) going from India to Mombassa to start the Mombassa Railways. - Goff family
