Vincent was born 1864 at Simla, son of Charles John & Mary Ann FRENCH. An engineer, he received the India medal & clasp for service in Burma Frontier Expeditions. He married Geraldine LITSTER at Simla in 1891. 6 children Also a Captain, Bombay Volunteer Rifles, & dep. acctnt-gen. Bombay. Colonel with the Indian Expeditionary Force A in France 1915-16- on deputn., then Indian Expeditionary Force D in Mesopotamia. Retired to England 1920, died at Southwark in 1956 - Wazirabad Junction
